On
April 20, St. Pauli celebrated three years of association with
Playboy by hosting a Playmate-studded event at the nefarious Playboy
Mansion. Hosted by the St.
Pauli Girl herself, Neriah Davis, company employees and media
members mixed with L.A. movers and shakers as well as some of the
planet's most beautiful women.
Some
party-goers mingled with celebrities like X-Treme Team Member and
Miss August 1996 Jessica Lee and 1998's St. Pauli Girl Theresa
Polliti at poolside. Others bellied up to an open bar with more
St. Pauli Girl Beer than anyone could possibly hope to drink.
Some were given Playmate-guided tours of the grounds. Needless
to say, the Playboy Mansion, located atop a hill in one of L.A.'s
poshest neighborhoods, proved to be everything legend built it up to be.
Guests
enjoyed the world-famous pool and underground Grotto, which have
seen activities most red-blooded men only dream about! By
passing into a man-made cave area, "The Grotto," there is
access to the pool as well as various hot tubs. For more
intimate opportunities, guests can lounge on huge bean-bags located
at poolside. One tipsy-yet-excitable St. Pauli guest even
stripped naked and frolicked in the pool and whirlpool. (He's
got stories for the grandkids, if nothing else!)
Others
visited Hef's small animal sanctuary, which houses a collection of
bunnies and monkeys visitors can pet and feed. A lucky few, the YourMVP
staff included, glimpsed Hef as he strolled through the Mansion
itself, clad in a red silk smoking jacket just as you might have imagined!
